Hollmann Beletage has a simple basic idea which it does share with many others but which is actually implemented only in very few cases:

How is this promise to be kept? There are some essential conditions, starting with the size of the hotel: 25 large to very large rooms in a neat, noble house that was built in the 19th century - in the very heart and center of Vienna's old town - individually accomodates a maximum of 50 curious and open-minded travelers.
